I started off as a graduate student wanting to make the delicious foods I grew up with. My grandparents owned a bakery, where my Mom worked growing up, so she always had the best food and desserts. After I learned the family recipes, I got a little carried away...
What started with making a simple (and underbaked) loaf of white bread (pictured right) soon evolved into an addiction.
